Dahl Young comes with our full support and recommendation! She helped us with the sale of a parcel of raw land on the Big Island that we held little hope of selling. We had acquired this land in the early 90s and over the years it had devalued to the extent that we had decided to sell it in order to raise some added cash to fund a business project we had decided to pursue. But of course this was easier said than done. The land that we had purchased nearly 20 years ago was still in the middle of an undeveloped area. So the portion of the project we had hoped to pay for with this land sale, we thought, would have to come out of our current savings for now. In this difficult real estate market, Dahl Young, from Lava Rock Realty Company sold our Waikoloa house in three months. We had our first showing 1 week after it was on the market! We absolutely couldn’t have done it without her. Dahl is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, she will help you every step of selling your home. She also never stops learning. She was there for the staking, the cesspool cap locating, the cesspool pumping, the inspections etc, I found out later this was to see how every contractor performs and also to learn exactly what they do is what they promised for her clients.
If there was a last minute showing she would come by the house while we were at work to get it ready for us to make sure it showed well. Dahl’s communication was excellent, either through phone calls, or Emails, she always let you know what was going on. She was also available any day any time to answer your questions, and we had a lot.
We bought a house that required carpeting before the bank would approve the loan, Dahl called me and told me that the installers would probably not vacuum before the installation, so that night she went to the property and spent one evening vacuuming the entire house, so the installation would be perfect. This was above and beyond what I expected.
